• Vendor recommendations and negotiations (e.g., caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, etc.)
• Budget creation and management
• Timeline and schedule development
• Theme and decor planning
• RSVP management
• Rehearsal dinner
• On-the-day coordination

*Bonus: Post-Wedding Celebration & Bachelor/Bachelorette Party Planning

Assisting with specific aspects of the wedding planning process to be determined between the client and planner. Starting price reflects a 100 guest wedding.

Includes (but not limited to):

• Vendor recommendations and coordination for specific services
• Assistance with decor and theme planning, as well as set up. 
• Day-of coordination: Finalizing details with vendors, overseeing setup and arrangements at the venue, managing timeline, troubleshoot issues.

Coordination and management of small, intimate weddings. Assisting with specific aspects of the wedding planning process to be determined between the client and planner. Starting price reflects up to a 50 guest wedding.

Planning and coordinating weddings at remote locations or destinations.

• Travel and accommodation arrangements for the couple and guests
